Due to issues with the company card, 6 is still down. I am sure my part will come in tomorrow and it shall be back up. Parts need to be ordered for 8 and 4 immediately once the card problem is fixed.

4 is back up. I highly expect the parts for 6 to arrive tomorrow.
Although, Lane 5's rake broke clean off. I mean, snapped right the fuck off. So, 5 is pretty much going to be down until we get a replacement, which hopefully should be soon, (Monday or Tuesday) I just put the order in.

Problems with lanes: Lane 6 having the same problem Mata blogged about yesterday; one of the motor belts keeps falling off. Noticed that part of the piece that belt fits on is chipped, could be the problem
Actions Taken: Put belt back on

Problems with lanes: One of lane 6's belts that's connected to the motor has fallen off a total of 3 times tonight. Lane 2 would have all of its deck chutes full of pins waiting to reset them; at the same time pins were indexing into the pin baskets and once the five pin was dropped, it would drop those pins on top of the pins that were already in the deck chutes. I decided to take some pins out to remedy this. Lane 8's 5 pin chute came loose, causing the turret to keep indexing. Tightened it. solved.
Actions Taken:
Things to look out for (finicky lanes): maybe take a look at 2, unless it's normal for it not to detect that the chutes are full? and lane 6 because it's belt keeps coming off.

Lane 2 wasn't receiving/maintaining it's full deck signal. I initially thought it was due to a missing spring, yet after replacing said spring, still no dice. After some more trouble shooting, I discovered that the shoulder on the hook latch had been worn down, and wasn't "boxed" off enough. I pulled out the dremel and ground it down a bit and put it's shape back in order. Seems to work fine now.
Also, 2 had a couple of strange deck jams, odd for that lane. This might be due to a slightly worn out moving deck cable that Imler alerted me about. So everyone keep an eye on it.

Lane 4's auto triggers went out....again.I believe I have an idea why it happened so soon after being replaced, but I am not 100% on it. Either way, I am not sure if the company will be open tomorrow, if not, it will have to wait until Monday for me to order new ones...sucks
