Name: Kristin
Date: 6/21

Problems with lanes:
Lane 5 - Had a pin upside down in the turret, which caused a jam.

Lane 7 - Had pins in odd places in the turret, and also upside which caused a few jams throughout the night.

Lane 8 - Deck jams in the 7 pin slot. It jams itself in between one of the scissor arms and the wheel. Maybe one of the arms is off? Also, lots of turret jams with this lane as well. This lane jammed frequently tonight.

Actions Taken:
Unjamming pins from all the wrong places.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes): More of the same.

Problems with lanes:
Lane 2- Wobbly pins as the deck was set down, namely pins 1 & 5. Also, sometimes a pin would randomly fall down from the deck and knock other ones down.

Lane 4 - Had some trouble returning balls.

Lane 5 - 4 jams in the turnaround pan.

Lane 7 - The usual indexing problems and a deck jam in the 5-pin chute.

Lane 8 - Deck jam in the 7 pin.

Actions Taken:
Unjammed the deck jams.
Lane 2 - Told Danny, he said he'd look at it tomorrow.

Lane 4 - Tried cleaning the ball wheel a bit, did not help.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes): Lane 2, lane 4, lane 5

Ordering:
4 ball wheel belts.

Name: Kristin
Date: 6/19

Problems with lanes:
Lane 3 - the motor came unplugged today. Random.

Lane 4 - All sorts of things happened to lane 4 today. There was the changing of the ball wheel belt, a problem with the cross conveyor, the turret belt becoming stuck under the rotating disc, the torsion latch not having enough tension, and the lane needing to be reset by the breaker. Thanks to the combined prowess of Chevy, Danny and me, we were able to get it running.

Lane 5 - Three jams in the turnaround pan tonight. Also had a deck jam in the 5-pin chute and double-dumped once but did not jam somehow.

Lane 7 - At the end of the night, part of the belt on the pulley that drives the cross conveyor belt came off.

Actions Taken:
3 - Plugged the motor back in!

4- Too many things to name but normal procedure was followed. Currently, for the torsion latch, a drill bit is holding it in place rather than a pin. It was a suitable replacement for the dumb spring that didn't work well. Must remember to check on that until the pin arrives.

5 - Unjamming pins all over the place.

7 - Put the belt back on.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes): The torsion latch on 4 and more of the same on 5. Something will be done.

Problems with lanes:Lane 1 the ball wheel seems to be coming apart and that is what is causing the clanging. Not sure if it needs a simple tightening or what, Can't really tell.
Lane 8 having some deck jams.

Name: Kristin
Date: 6/15

Problems with lanes:
Lane 1 - The metal part of the ball wheel belt is clanking on something. Not sure what but there is a distinct clicking noise.

Lane 5 - Another bad jam in the turnaround pan. Undoing them is like a puzzle.

Lane 8 - Had two deck jams again today. All deck jams have been in the 7 pin cup, all in the same manner; a pin is in the cup, though the turret hasn't loaded the deck yet, and below that, a pin is stuck in the scissors in an awkward manner. That's been the pattern for 8.

Actions Taken:
Lane 1 - Observed. Nothing seemed to come out of place or off. The wheel jolts a little when the clanking noise happens.

Lane 5 / Lane 8 - Unjammed pins!

Things to look out for (finicky lanes):
More of the same from each.

Problems with lanes:

Lane 5 - Had a wicked jam in the turnaround pin, again.

Lane 7 - The usual misbehavior of not indexing at times.

Lane 8 - Had one deck jam today, as well as a stuck pin in the turret.

Actions Taken:

Lane 5/Lane 8 - Unjammed the pins.

Lane 7 -Usual tapping method.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes):
It seems lane 5 usually has this pin jam almost once a day lately. Also, watch out for the usual antics of 7.

Problems with lanes:

Lane 5 - Pin jam in the turnaround pan.

Lane 6 - One of the scissor arms is broken so that one pin is always swept away.

Lane 7 - Occasionally did not index when it should.

Actions Taken:
Unjammed the pins for 5.

Lane 6 needs a new scissor arm on the 9 pin, I think.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes): 7, as usual and 6.

Problems with lanes:Lane 5 would over fill with pins. Only did it 3 times and then stopped.
a piece fell off of lane 2. Looks like a cover to the underneath of the pin indicator lever thing. Not sure how it came off. Deck jams on lane 8 every now and then.
Actions Taken:Fix the jams.

Problems with lanes:Lane 3 did not want to put pins down on the lanes sometimes.
Actions Taken:Would change it to the second frame reset it and then manually have to flip tha one part(sorry don't know what it's called) so that it would continue it's cycle and then it would drop them.
Things to look out for (finicky lanes):3

Name: Kristin
Date: 6/8

Problems with lanes:
Lane 5 - Pin jam in the turnaround pan.

Lane 7 - Pin jam in the turnaround pan. Also, a few times, I noticed something odd: pins would be in the full turret, but a pin jam would occur between a pin coming off the cross conveyor and being positioned in such a way as to prevent the turret from indexing.

Actions Taken:
Unjammed all things.

For the weird jam that would happen on 7, I removed the pin that was jammed, and it would be fine.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes): Lane 7!

Problems with lanes:

Lane 3 - Two deck jams happened today. One was the cause of a split cup/chute. It was split down the middle.

Lane 7 - Had a deck jam.

Actions Taken:
Lane 3 - Duct taped the cup/chute back together. Tomorrow I will see if maybe it should be replaced with one of the spares.

Unjammed both machines.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes):
More deck jams occasionally.

Ordering: We should probably order a few more cups/chutes. There are only two that I can find back here and some of the ones on the lanes look pretty beat up.

Name: Kristin
Date: 6/1

Problems with lanes:

No ball problems! Wooohoo! Well, except lane 1.

Lane 1 - A couple of balls became stuck on the first part of the track.

Lane 3 - Out of nowhere, a bunch of pins were on the deck, but not causing deck jams. Also, the breaker needed to be reset once.

Lane 7 - Did not index a couple of times after the 2nd pin dropped into the turret (10 pin.)

Actions Taken:

Lane 3 - reset the breaker. Took the pins out.

Lane 7 - the usual tap of the index lever.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes):
Lane 3 becoming fussy again. Pins on deck.
