Problems with lanes:
Lane 4 - Had several deck jams today. It seems to be getting more frequent. Also, there are pins that lay on top of the deck so perhaps it's something with the spider not locking at certain times? Not sure.

Lane 5 - One turnaround pan jam tonight but otherwise it was fine.

Lane 6 - The problem child tonight. It keeps getting the full deck signal even though the deck is empty. However, sometimes it lets the 5pin into the chute but nothing triggers. So I have to grab the pin out of the chute (if the release lever allows this, as there are times when it doesn't) and trip the index lever by hand. Then a ghost deck is released allowing the real deck to be released. Or if I can't get the pin out of the chute, then I trip the lever, and it releases with only the 5in on the floor.

Lnae 7 - Not engaging on its own a few times. Also the cross conveyor stopped before loading the 5pin a few times.

Problems with lanes:
Lane 4 - There were multiple deck jams tonight, mostly in the 7/8 pin housing. Other than that, nothing else occurred.

Lane 5 - Two turnaround pan jams but overall a good night for 5.

Lane 6 - The ball wheel belt popped off twice tonight. The second time, right before, it was making a weird clicking/tapping noise, the source of which was unidentifiable. Hopefully she behaves tomorrow.

Lane 7 -The usual not engaging and stopping of the cross conveyor belt for reasons that remain mysterious.

Aside from a couple, meaning two, deck jams on lane 4, everything is still pretty much the same as the past two nights.

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!..................... DUN DUN DUN!!!!

The first chance I got, I tried to work on 7, because it was disengaging it's self like it was the new style from Europe. Anywho, I did some adjustments on the clutch yoke, to get the rake crank arm and rod to line up better, to stop doing what it is doing. I believe it is going to work fine now, and if it doesn't...then we will just have to take it out back and shoot it. all in favor? Me!....I am.
So, keep an eye out for 7 doing that dirty girl stuff again.

Happy 3rd day of F-Fest...is it over yet?!

I am very proud to say that all our ladies did great tonight. Literally nothing happened....except 7...
7 was acting very strange tonight. On many occasions, when setting pins for the first frame, the clutch would disengage. Sometimes it would get it's full deck signal, this did not happen NEAR as much as the clutch problem. I have been playing around with it all night, still doesn't seemed to be fixed, but it does seem better. I want to try something different with the zip ties, but sadly, we are out of them. (Hint hint)

6 also did it's ever so annoying "only dropping the 5 pin" trick twice. I really hate that...like...I really really hate it when it does that. It is very annoying to get the machine back and going. I am not sure what the deal with this is, but I will do my best to check it out when I can.

In terms of bowling, it was a good start of F Fest.

Problems with lanes:
Twas a slow night for the lanes. Not in terms of use but in terms of messing up. There were just a few minor things today.

Lane 7 - Didn't receive a full deck signal once.

Lane 8 - The 2nd pin in the turret dropped in slightly to an angle a few times, which didn't trip the index trip lever which meant the turret didn't turn.

And that was all. Good job, ladies!

Problems with lanes:
Lane 2 - There were a few deck jams due to the spider not latching properly after the pins dropped into the deck. Also, the sensor was not triggered a couple of times - the reset button on the lane can be unresponsive sometimes which I label as 'not good.'

Lane 4 - There were some deck jams in the 5, 10 and 9 pin housings. Also, once the clutch belt fell off and the circuit needed to reset (simultaneously). Which was odd.

Lane 6- Still a little noisy but not so bad. The clutch drive belt fell off once too. It's like 4&6 decided that they just wanted to do something together today.

Actions Taken:
The usual for the usual.

Things to look out for (finicky lanes):
The shakerboard on 6 is eating the pins.
